Article  112. Regional languages: (KVS Education Code Page: 146,147)

Additional arrangements for teaching of the regional language / mother tongue shall be made, provided 20 or more students are willing to opt for the same. For this, part time teachers shall be appointed after obtaining sanction of the Assistant Commissioner.

Teaching of these should will be introduced from class VI and will continue up to class VIII and where need be in class IX and X also. The teaching will be during school hours for about two-three periods per week. The teaching of regional language /mother tongue  shall be stopped at the end of February each year.

अनुच्छेद 112.  क्षेत्रीय भाषाएं (KVS Education Code Page: 187,188)

क्षेत्रीय भाषा/मातृभाषा के लिए शिक्षण की अतिरिक्‍त व्यवस्था की जाएगी बशर्ते कि उसके लिए उसके लिए 20  या उससे अधिक विद्यार्थियों ने इसे चुनने का विकल्प दिया हो । इसके लिए अंशकालिक संविदात्मक अध्यापकों की नियुक्‍ति की जाएगी । किन्तु इसके लिए सहायक आयुक्‍त की स्वीकृति की जाएगी ।

इसके लिए शिक्षण व्यवस्था कक्षा VI से आरंभ होगी और कक्षा VIII तक जारी रहेगी । जहाँ तक कहीं इसकी आवश्यकता होगी वहाँ कक्षा IX और X में भी जारी रखी जाएगी । प्रत्येक सप्‍ताह स्कूल में शिक्षण की अवधि दो से तीन पीरियड होगी । प्रत्येक वर्ष फरवरी के अन्त में क्षेत्रीय मातृभाषा का शिक्षण रोक दिया जाएगा ।
